Paper trees
Here is a tutorial on how you can make paper trees to decorate your house for Christmas. These are very easy to make, all you need is scissors, sheets of paper, glue and a beautiful ribbon.
1. Start by folding the A4 paper in half to create two sheets of A5 paper. Cut alongside the folding.
2. Fold the A5 again lengthwise.
3. Draw half of the tree on the paper. My big tree has 5 branches and small 3.
4. Cut the tree out.
5. Use your tree as a sample for the rest of the trees. Altogether make 13 trees (7 sheets of A4 paper makes 14 trees but keep one as a sample if you wish to make multiple trees)
6. Keep the trees folded when you glue them together. Spread the glue to every other branch (see the red lines).
7. When all the trees are glued together open the foldings and glue inside of them too. This time glue every other branch as well but glue the ones you didn’t glue before (see the red marks).
8. Open the foldings carefully and glue the opposite sides together to make a complete, round tree.
Tip: You can use that one sample tree to make smaller tree as well, just use the three upper branches. Test out with different papers, I used old books to make small trees. Attach a ribbon to make a beautiful garland.
